Our absolute favorite restaurant in Texarkana. Friendly service and authentic food. They even have Menudo Friday-Sunday and it’s amazing.

I ordered carna asada chips and was not given enough guacamole and cheese for more than half of the chips which is pretty disappointing since I drive from Hope AR to get food from here. Their carne asada is flavorful but sometimes very chewy. Ive ordered rolled tacos which I LOVE but their carne asada could be better. Born and raised in San Diego CA and this is the closest Mexican food I can find that is similar in taste and style. Also, horchata needs work... ive tried it 3x now and every single time it tastes watered down!!!

From the outside it doesn’t look like much but if you want real Mexican food this is the best place for 200 miles! You have to try the rolled tacos or the super burrito asada! They also have some very authentic beverages to choose from. The only thing that they are missing is nacho cheese dip. The staff is very friendly.

Food and staff were amazing! Absolutely loved eating REAL Mexican food, instead of the Tex-Mex that is the norm around here. Only complaint was it was seriously warm in there. Definitely going back!!

This place was surprisingly excellent for what look like a small hole in the wall type restaurant. Service was wonderful, food was fresh and tasty, even the coffee was very good. I will be going back to eat there again.

Though I wish they had soup more often, this is my go to place for lunch! I love the service they give and no matter what I order it’s always to die for!

Great Mexican Food

Best Authentic Mexican Food. I'm from California and I moved out here two years ago and all I usually find is Tex-Mex food which isn't legit Mexican food. But this place Colima's is the real thing. I highly recommend Colima's and I also recommend their Carnitas Platter. You will not regret it.

One of the best authentic Mexican foods in Texarkana. The burritos are huge! The nachos are amazing! Try the carnitas and chicken with the green sauce!

This is a great stop for authentic Mexican food. If you are looking for Tex Mex this is not it but if you like traditional Mexican this is the place. Great service and yummy tacos!

Stopped by and had dinner here and the staff was friendly and courteous and the food was amazing! Definitely worth the stop and when I come back to town I'll be sure to stop in again. Would highly recommend.

Great food, good service. The only problem is choosing what to get as their menu is so large. My brother lives their tacos, definitely seem to be decent sized portions. I have a tendency to get the flautas when I go there and would highly recommend them. Basically just fried tacos with shredded beef steak topped with lettuce cheese cilantro and pico. Everyone I know that has been there has thoroughly enjoyed their food. It is a little small and not the most upscale place, but the authenticity and no BS good food far out weights the negatives.

You have to tried the rolled tacos. Their salsas are legit, and are pretty spicy.Lastly, their burritos are huge. 1 order can fill 2 people for sure.Definitely would come back if I'm ever in the area.

Authentic Mexican food, reasonably priced. My carnitas this time were on the dry side but still tasty.

Delicious food! Staff was very friendly and helpful and even had suggestions on some food! The map of Mexico on the wall was very interesting and spent the short wait for food learning about their culture. I personally got the sopas and tacos. Both were very delicious and generously portioned for a decent price. Will definitely recommend to others.

Awesome food, just like when I lived in San Diego. Service was great. Staff make you feel right at home. It’s a small place, they keep it clean, and they are quick to serve.

My experience was absolutely perfect! The food was perfect, and the service was excellent!!! I’m from California, but live in Ohio and it’s really hard to find great Mexican food like southern Cali has to offer. No one sales carne asada fries. I was so excited when I checked out this restaurants menu to find they offered both asada fries, and asada chips. Also the rolled tacos were bomb. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves real Mexican food. Over all I would give this restaurant 100 stars, but only five are available for ratings! Thank you co much for the experience!! I will be back again.

Excellent place for quality mexican food. Good place to hang and eat some good food. The staff was very sociable and kind. It has a cool feel to it. Atmosphere is similar to a place in Columbus I loved.
